36 hours per week Monday to Friday

£36,000 to £40,000 per annum depending upon skills and experience

Plus manager on call responsibilities on a rota basis (additional shift allowance paid)

Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of survivors of domestic abuse?

We are looking for an experienced manager with excellent leadership skills to help us realise our vision of a world free from domestic abuse through the development and delivery of effective specialist services.

With primary responsibility for the strategic development of our Adult Community Services, this is a demanding  role where you must be able to manage complex and conflicting priorities.  You will be involved in multi-agency and partnership working so building strong relationships is essential as is motivating and leading a team of committed front line professionals.  You will regularly carry out presentations and represent the organisation at internal and external events.

 

You must be able to demonstrate extensive management experience (of both people and services) ideally within the charity sector and/or a trauma informed environment.  Knowledge of issues relating to domestic abuse would be advantageous. Creativity and innovation balanced with accountability is essential.
