Complex Needs Support*
Your Sanctuary is looking for two employees to provide Complex Needs Support within our women’s refuges which can accommodate in excess of 20 families. This will enable us to provide specialist support to women fleeing domestic abuse who present with mental health, substance and alcohol abuse challenges.

You will be responsible for undertaking needs and risk assessments, producing and delivering support plans and developing effective working relationships with specialists and external agencies.
Experience of providing support to people with complex needs is essential as is in-depth, practical knowledge of mental health and ideally substance misuse issues. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands whilst remaining calm in stressful situations. If applying for the Senior Support post then you must have experience of supervising staff, preferably within a trauma informed environment.
In return, Your Sanctuary offers training opportunities, 25 days annual leave (pro rata for the part time post), a contributory pension scheme, an Employee Assistance Programme and a dynamic and engaging workplace.
